These Terms and Conditions govern your access, navigation, and use of the Outletzone website, as well as the purchase of products sold through it.

By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

3. Use of the site

The site is intended for personal and commercial use only.
Any illicit, fraudulent, or unlawful use is prohibited, including, but not limited to, the use of bots, automated tools, or practices intended to alter the proper functioning of the site or the services offered.

The Seller reserves the right to take appropriate measures in the event of anomalous or fraudulent use.

4. Product information

The Seller undertakes to provide product descriptions and images that are as accurate as possible.
Any slight differences between the images and the actual product (for example colors or details) do not constitute a lack of conformity.

All products are subject to availability.

5. Prices

Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated or determined.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; such changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.

Some products may be sold under different tax regimes, including – where applicable – the margin regime under current legislation or specific VAT regimes for transactions with foreign entities.

In such cases, VAT may not be shown separately on the invoice.
Any specific tax information can be provided upon request before completing the order.

6. Purchase methods and contract conclusion

To place an order you must:

  • be at least 18 years old;

  • provide truthful, complete and up-to-date data;

  • have a valid payment method.

Receipt of the order does not constitute automatic acceptance of the same.
The sales contract is considered concluded only with the sending of the order confirmation with the shipment tracking link by the Seller.

7. Payments

Payments are handled through secure payment systems.
The charge will be made upon order confirmation or according to the methods provided for by the chosen payment method.

8. Shipments

Shipping methods, costs and times are indicated in the Shipping section of the site and during the purchasing process.
Any delays due to force majeure or the carrier in charge are not attributable to the Seller.

9. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery , in accordance with current legislation.

10. Promotional codes

Any discount or promotional codes:

  • they can be used according to the conditions indicated at the time of issue;

  • they cannot be combined, unless otherwise indicated;

  • may exclude certain products or brands.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the site (texts, images, logos, graphics, layout) is the property of the Seller or their respective owners and is protected by applicable laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

12. Limitation of liability

The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the products, to the extent permitted by law.
In any case, liability for fraud, gross negligence and for the consumer's mandatory rights under current legislation remains unaffected.

The changes will be effective from the date of publication on the site and will not apply to orders already completed.

14. Applicable law and competent court

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law .
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction established by consumer protection legislation.
