REFUND POLICY — Returns and Refunds
Right of withdrawal The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the delivery date, without obligation to state a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and applicable European regulations.
How to request a return To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their intention to return the product within 14 days of delivery by sending an email to info@quickdeal.it stating:
- order number
- product(s) to be returned
- reason for the request (optional)
Conditions for return The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the return may be refused or the refund amount reduced, as provided by applicable law.
Refunds Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The refund covers only the value of the returned product.
Sale items Items purchased on sale or at a reduced price may be returned under the same conditions applicable to other products, except for exclusions expressly provided by law.
Exceptions Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned, nor can other categories excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 59 of the Consumer Code. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The parcel must be sent with tracked shipping to the address provided in the return instructions.
Damaged items and incorrect orders Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Tax regime Sales may occur under: standard VAT; the margin scheme pursuant to applicable regulations; VAT-exempt or non-taxable regime for sales to foreign entities, subject to prior contact and verification. The applicable tax regime does not affect the consumer's return and refund rights, which remain fully guaranteed under European regulations.
Liability QuickDeal is not liable for: packages lost or damaged during return shipping; delays or issues caused by the courier; any deterioration of the product due to improper packaging by the customer.
