2. Subject matter and scope

These Terms and Conditions govern access to, browsing of, and use of the QuickDeal website, as well as the purchase of products sold through it.

By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

3. Use of the website

The website is intended solely for personal and commercial use. Any unlawful, fraudulent, or illegal use is prohibited, including — by way of example — the use of bots, automated tools, or practices that alter the proper functioning of the website or the services offered.

The Seller reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of anomalous or fraudulent use.

4. Product information

The Seller undertakes to provide product descriptions and images as accurately as possible. Minor differences between images and the actual product (e.g. colours or details) do not constitute a lack of conformity.

All products are subject to availability.

5. Prices

Prices are expressed in euros and inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; such changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.

Some products may be sold under different tax regimes, including — where applicable — the margin scheme pursuant to applicable regulations, or specific VAT regimes for transactions with foreign entities. In such cases, VAT may not be shown separately on the invoice. Specific tax information can be provided on request prior to completion of the order.

6. Purchase process and contract conclusion

To place an order, the customer must:

  • be at least 18 years old
  • provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
  • have a valid payment method

Receipt of an order does not constitute automatic acceptance. The sales contract is considered concluded only upon dispatch of the order confirmation containing the shipment tracking link by the Seller.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through secure payment systems. Charges occur at the time of order confirmation or according to the terms of the chosen payment method.

8. Shipping

Shipping methods, costs, and timeframes are set out in the Shipping section of the website and during the purchase process. Delays due to force majeure or the appointed carrier are not attributable to the Seller.

9. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable regulations. Full conditions regarding returns and refunds are set out in the Returns and Refunds section, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Promotional codes

Any discount or promotional codes:

  • are usable under the conditions stated at the time of issue
  • are not stackable unless otherwise stated
  • may exclude certain products or brands

11. Intellectual property

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, graphics, layout) is the property of the Seller or the respective rights holders and is protected by applicable law. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

12. Limitation of liability

The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products, to the extent permitted by law. Liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, and the non-waivable rights of consumers under applicable law remains unaffected.

13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on the website and do not apply to orders already completed.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved before the court designated by consumer protection legislation.
