SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery areas QuickDeal ships to Italy and European countries available at checkout. Delivery availability depends on the country and address entered during the order. Any restrictions or specific costs for certain destinations are indicated at checkout, before order confirmation.

Order processing times Orders are processed within 2–10 business days from payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next available business day.

Estimated delivery times The delivery times below apply from the date of dispatch and are indicative estimates:

  • Italy: 2–5 business days
  • Other available European countries: 3–10 business days

Stated times are not guaranteed and may vary for reasons beyond the seller's control, such as courier delays, peak demand periods, or national holidays.

Shipping costs The applicable shipping cost is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before order confirmation and payment. Costs may vary depending on the destination country. Any promotions or free shipping offers will be communicated on the website.

Carriers and tracking Shipments are made via selected, trackable couriers. When available, the customer receives a confirmation email with a tracking code after the parcel is handed to the courier.

Package receipt Upon delivery, the customer is advised to:

  • verify the integrity of the package
  • report any anomalies (damaged or tampered packaging) directly to the courier
  • contact customer support promptly

In case of visible damage, it is recommended to accept the package with reservation.

Incorrect address or failed delivery The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided at the time of the order. In case of error, customer support must be contacted promptly at info@quickdeal.it. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, any reshipping costs may be borne by the customer.
